The three elements of reiki, salt, and sound provide a unique spiritual experience. Join reiki masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the salt cave for a deep restorative sound healing session.

Reiki - Each participant will receive a short, hands on reiki boost from Deborah, designed to help balance and clear the energy system.

Salt - 45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress.

Sound - Katie will be sending distance reiki while offering a soothing sound bath throughout the full session.

Please note that WHITE SOCKS must be worn in the salt cave. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up, and bring a blanket and water.
