The Business Women’s Forum (BWF), a program of Waterbury Regional Chamber, known as the largest, longest running full-day annual in-person conference for women in Connecticut, will return for its 42nd year on February 12, 2025 with more learning and networking. 

The keynote speaker for this year’s event is Jennifer Hyman, CEO of Rent the Runway. In her role, she sets the strategic priorities and leads the company in growing the business, including marketing, technology, merchandising, supply chain and data science. Courtney Clark, the motivational speaker, has built two successful businesses and is the author of two books after a series of major struggles beginning in her mid-20s. Jump into the world of artificial intelligence in a presentation designed for business professionals at every level with Julie Pesce, the internet marketing manager at Develomark. Renee DiNino, host of Hello Connecticut on WFSB Channel and The WAX, Amazing K9 Duo’s and Lost & Pound, returns as the event’s host.

In addition to providing attendees access to speakers, networking opportunities and diverse training, the forum has provided more than $200,000 in scholarships to female college students pursuing a business degree during its long history, and has featured prominent keynote speakers including Valerie Bertinelli, Barbara Corcoran, Vanessa Williams, Suze Orman, Robin Roberts, Paula Abdul, Jane Seymour, Goldie Hawn and Jamie Lee Curtis.
